Shelly joined Arbor Real Estate as office manager in May 2020 after a 29-year career in personal fitness training. She managed three office locations and supported Arbor’s agents before becoming an agent and certified Property Manager in January 2022.

She brings the same care and determination to real estate that shaped her years working with fitness clients. From navigating a competitive offer to managing a property’s day-to-day needs, Shelly focuses on helping people feel informed, supported, and well represented.

A Newport Beach native, Shelly knows the local neighborhoods, schools, and community activities. She enjoys helping Buyers find a home that suits the way they live, as well as the features on their wish list.

Outside work, Shelly teaches dance in the Port Streets and volunteers at Orange County fundraising events, including Table for 10, the culinary charity event created by her sister, Kristin Martin. She also enjoys sports, travel, and time with family and friends.
